I found a convenient parking garage below the hotel with elevator access to the lobby. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel's location is close to public transportation.
There was no kettle in the room. I would have liked to make tea in the room.

The hotel staff demonstrated professionalism and were very friendly. Room cleaning services were thorough and efficient each day. Staff at the rooftop bar were quick with our requests.

Breakfast included many options. The room service was prompt and the food was quite delicious. The roof top bar offered a variety of drinks and a relaxing atmosphere.

a good experience in the city
good location breakfast variety inside restaurants
the location was pretty good. it was near the train and easy to walk around. breakfast have a good variety. i did not need to leave the hotel because the spa and restaurants were inside.

the bed was comfy. the food in the restaurants was good.
I rarely leave negative reviews. our experience was less than stellar. finding a loose pill on the couch in our room was concerning. this raised a red flag about the cleaning standards.

excellent stay
easy access spacious room nice bar
i used the parking garage under the hotel. it provides easy elevator access to the lobby. the family room was clean and quite spacious. room service and the rooftop bar were both really nice.
there was no coffee machine in the room.

taxis wait directly outside the hotel entrance. the hotel is approximately a ten minute, fifteen euro taxi ride to miniature wonderland. the location is close to the train station, providing easy access.
