The sauna was good. the pool was great. the breakfast was nice. It included fresh pastries and a variety of cheeses.
i noticed the front desk staff were not very flexible about requests, it made things difficult.

the bed was comfy. the food in the restaurants was good.
I rarely leave negative reviews. our experience was less than stellar. finding a loose pill on the couch in our room was concerning. this raised a red flag about the cleaning standards.

excellent stay
easy accessspacious roomnice bar
i used the parking garage under the hotel. the family room was clean and quite spacious. room service and the rooftop bar were both really nice.
there was no coffee machine in the room.

taxis wait directly outside the hotel entrance. the hotel is approximately a ten minute, fifteen euro taxi ride to miniature wonderland. the location is close to the train station, providing easy access.
